Tom Foster - Clipper Services

A well-established family-run clipper blade sharpening service.  

All makes of clipper and trimmer blade* are precision ground using lapping machines specially designed for the purpose.  Pet grooming and veterinary trimmers and scissors welcome.  In addition we provide clipper and trimmer servicing and repair, and scissor sharpening.
*Please note: We cannot regrind ceramic blades.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to unforeseen circumstances Tom is mainly sharpening at the weekends at the moment.  If you require your blades back urgently, please put a note in the package and we will aim to get them back to you by return of post.

Wherever possible we aim to get your sharpened blades back in the post within 24 hours of receipt, although at busy times - such as just before October half-term - this may be extended by a day or so.

Please allow extra time for the postal service as well, particularly at Christmas.  We return blades using the Royal Mail 1st Class service.  

We aim to service clippers within 7 days of receipt, but if parts are needed then it can take longer depending on whether the supplier has the relevant part in stock.  We will keep in touch and let you know how long a repair is likely to take.
